1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file placed on your device, such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone, when you visit a website.

  • error traces;
  • IP address;
  • diagnostic identifiers;

2.4 AI-related processing

SparkList may use AI providers, including OpenAI / ChatGPT-4 Vision, to provide optional AI-assisted features.

These features may process content submitted by users, such as:

  • photos;
  • checklist content;
  • task descriptions;
  • property-related instructions;
  • user prompts.

AI-related processing is not used as a website advertising cookie. It is used to provide product features when the user chooses to use AI-assisted functionality.

For more information, please consult the SparkList Privacy Policy.

2.5 Marketing cookies

As of today, SparkList does not use targeted advertising, remarketing, or social media advertising cookies.

If this changes in the future, this Cookie Policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before such cookies are placed, where required by law.

2.6 Embedded third-party content

Certain pages of the website may include or link to third-party services.

Examples may include:

  • app store links;
  • demo booking tools;
  • embedded videos;
  • help or support tools;
  • payment pages;
  • external documentation.

These third-party services may place their own cookies or trackers when you interact with them.

SparkList does not control cookies placed by third-party websites. You should consult their own privacy and cookie policies for more information.

3. Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used because they are required to operate the website or provide the Service requested by the user.

Analytics, product analytics, session recording, marketing, or similar non-essential trackers are used only where a valid legal basis applies, such as consent where required by applicable law.

You may refuse non-essential cookies without losing access to the basic website.

Refusing certain analytics or product tracking cookies may limit SparkList’s ability to understand usage patterns and improve the Service, but it will not prevent you from accessing the website.

4. How to manage your cookies

4.1 Via our consent banner

On your first visit, a cookie banner may allow you to accept, refuse, or manage categories of cookies.

You may change your choices at any time through the cookie settings link, where available.

If no cookie settings link is available, you can make the banner reappear by deleting the SparkList cookie consent entry from your browser storage, such as:

sparklist_cookie_consent

You can also manage cookies directly from your browser settings.

Most browsers allow you to:

  • view cookies;
  • delete cookies;

  • clear local storage;
  • configure privacy preferences.

You can manage cookies through the settings of browsers such as:

  • Google Chrome;

  • Microsoft Edge.

Please note that blocking all cookies may affect the proper functioning of some parts of the website or Service.

5. Data transfers

SparkList hosts its main infrastructure on DigitalOcean servers located in Amsterdam, Netherlands, within the European Union.

However, some providers used by SparkList may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States.

This may include providers such as:

Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, SparkList relies on appropriate safeguards where required, such as:
