• How does SparkList pricing work?

  SparkList uses pay-as-you-go pricing based on your average number of active properties each month. Your first active property is free, and paused properties are not billed.

• I manage more than 70 properties. Can I use SparkList?

  Yes, of course. We offer custom billing beyond 70 properties. Please contact us at andrea@sparklist.io.

• What counts as an active property?

  An active property is a property where your team can run checklists, complete tasks, upload photos, and record job activity. Active properties count toward your monthly bill.

• Is the first property really free forever?

  Yes. Your first active property is free every month and includes the core SparkList features. You only start paying when you use SparkList with more than one active property.

• Do paused properties cost anything?

  No. Paused properties do not count toward your bill. Your property, checklists, photos, and history stay saved, but your team cannot run checklists for that property while it is paused.

• Can I pause or reactivate a property anytime?

  Yes. You can pause or reactivate a property whenever needed. This is useful for seasonal rentals, inactive listings, or properties you temporarily stop managing.

• Can I pause a property mid-month?

  Yes. If a property is paused during the month, SparkList only counts it based on the time it was active. This keeps billing fair when your portfolio changes.

• Do cleaners need their own paid account?

  No. Cleaners and service providers do not pay to use SparkList. Billing is handled through the manager account.

• Can I change my usage anytime?

  Yes. You can add, pause, or reactivate properties as your portfolio changes. SparkList is designed for flexible property management, not fixed long-term property commitments.

• Do I need AI credits to create checklists?

  No. AI credits are optional helpers. You can create and manage checklists without AI credits.

• Are there hidden costs?

  No. Core billing is based on active properties. Optional AI credits may be available, but they are not required to use SparkList.
